Fortune Indonesia's digital division has successfully brought Lenovo Indonesia become Number 2 in the Digital World
JAKARTA – Fortune Indonesia’s digital division (DId) has successfully brought Lenovo Indonesia become the 2nd most socially devoted brands for electronics category for the last 2 quarters of 2013 based on Socialbakers’ report.
The partnership between DId (Digital Identity) and Lenovo Indonesia started in 2011. DId, was appointed to fully in charge in handling and managing social media activities of Lenovo Indonesia especially in Facebook and Twitter.
The collaboration between DId and Lenovo Indonesia has been a fruitful one, the campaign directions from Lenovo Indonesia has been very clear which gave the Agency freedom to explore the creativity. On the other hand, DId team has been working quite solidly with high passion and commitment to manage the quality of the campaigns throughout the years. Interactive digital activities, highlighting Lenovo’s products USPs, and making it relevant to its target audience, while at the same time monitoring the performance periodically, are the key success factors for DId.
As a result, Lenovo Indonesia placed the 2nd rank in Most Socially Devoted brand. Socially devoted is an industry standard that addressing brands that incorporate social network into their marketing strategies.
The quarterly study looks at how well companies are responding to inbound requests made over Facebook and Twitter and sets benchmarks against the top brands, industries, and countries around the world. It is a big achievement for DId as Socialbakers is a worldwide leader in social media analytics.
