In this fasting month, I choose Ketjil Kitchen to break the fast with my colleagues. The location is at Gandaria, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Not only does it have convenient location for gathering, it also offers various menus ranging from Indonesian to Western food. Some of them are different kinds of salad, pasta, appetizers, mushroom soup, and sandwiches. The restaurant also provides a menu package All Day Breakfast & Brunch like beef sandwiches and fried rice. The drinks offered are also varied ranging from ice blended, classic coffee, tea, juice, and soda. I also tried the menu for dessert, one of which is the Chocolate Pudding. The food cost ranges from Rp40, 000 – Rp70, 000, beverages around Rp 20,000 – Rp 30,000, and for dessert around Rp 30,000.

The place I choose to have iftar with my friends is Hanamasa in Mahakam, South Jakarta. One of the reasons I choose the restaurant is because the place is spacious, cozy, and it offers the All You Can Eat promo with Rp125, 000 per pack. Before coming here, you should make reservation and provide a down payment of Rp 100,000 per pack. On July 8, I went there with 25 friends. Since we came in quite a big number, the restaurant directly provided a special area for us so we felt more comfortable and private.
