Boosting Productivity, Fortune Group Implements Revitalization of the Organizational Structure

To improve the work performance, Fortune Group conducted revitalization of the organizational structure, both in Fortune Indonesia and Fortune PR. The revitalization has been implemented gradually since the beginning of the year until mid 2016. In Fortune Indonesia, revitalization occurred in the structure of the Communication, Creative, Activator and FACT teams. While in Fortune PR, changes are quite significant, that includes fusing all business units into a single unit. Work teams are no longer divided by expertise but by the campaign being handled. Thus every Fortuner has the opportunity to deal with clients they have never dealt with before. “This opportunity raises new working enthusiasm for Fortuners. I saw high excitement and passion of Fortuners and I think this is quite encouraging,” said Ati Muchtar as Managing Director of Fortune PR.
Becoming House of Expert is the vision that Fortune PR is trying to achieve. The management is focusing on preparing Fortuners to deepen their expertise as public relation consultants in strategic and conceptual thinking. This is accomplished by providing opportunities for Fortuners to handle several different brands, expanding trainings, requiring Fortuners to be active in becoming teachers, writers, and also in various social media.
In Fortune Indonesia, Edhy Bawono as Chief Operation Officer is targeting that the entire business units will grow and achieve their goals. According to him, the revitalization of the structure is not just a matter of quantity but also quality. He stressed the importance of development in the way of thinking, the way of work, and the way we do business. In line with the annual theme of Fortune Indonesia, Make The Move, revitalization of the structure is the time for Fortuners to make a change, actualize themselves, become more flexible and up-to-date.
Nur Rochim Achmad, HCD Director of Fortune Group, revealed that the revitalization of the structure of Fortune Group is already 90% completed. There will be no significant changes occur in the near future but only a refinement of what has already existed. He hoped the revitalization of the structure will establish Fortuners in their work and develop them.
