IMG_4277-Resized-300x200Social media monitoring was the material presented by Wahyu Saputra and Satria Setianda from Awesometrics before a group of Bakrie University students. A total of 19 students of Bakrie University filled Agus Salim room in Gedung Galaktika on Jl. RM. Harsono No. 2, Jakarta on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.

“I think it will be more interesting if we start with the video showing, okay!” said Wahyu as IT & Operations Manager of Awesometrics. The video describes the services offered by Awesometrics to clients such as near real-time monitoring, media mapping, influencer mapping, topic mapping, crisis monitoring, media campaign measurement, and reputation measurement.

The explanation delivered by Wahyu was completed by Satria Setianda as Senior Media Analyst of Awesometrics and was interspersed with question and answer session for clarity or other questions about the material. Not only that, Wahyu also provided examples of cases being handled like Zoya that engaged in fashion for women particularly for those wearing veil or hijab. Wahyu described how a team of Awesometrics do the media monitoring in a variety of social media by using some keywords. The obtained data are then analyzed further to be given to the clients.

Nesty presented a brief history of Fortune PR and the dynamics experienced by Fortune PR in handling various clients.

“The event was so exciting, now I know that Awesometrics has such services. Service is very important in the world of public relations as in the face of crisis or for daily monitoring” said Octaviniant Aspary, a student of Bakrie University to close the student visit this time.
