FORU Shares 26% of Profit as Dividend

PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FORU) shared dividend amounted to 25.7% of comprehensive income in 2012 or Rp 3.25 billion, equivalent to Rp 7 per share, payable on July 12, 2013, “said Muljadi Sulaiman, FORU Director. Muljadi also stated that FORU AGM decided to allocate 15% of comprehensive income for the installment of the company’s reserve fund and the remainder will be the retained earnings for the company’s working capital.

Muljadi confirmed FORU succeeded to record revenue of IDR 480 billion and comprehensive income of Rp 12.65 billion. “This achievement is something to be proud of amidst difficult circumstances.”

In 2012, FORU relinquished majority ownership in PT Fortune Travindo which contributed revenue of Rp 31.5 billion in the previous year.  “With a focus on business development, some FORU business segments made it to record a positive growth compared to 2011, i.e. 200% on the sector of public relations, graphic design, and 95% on the advertising sector. With this achievement, FORU comprehensive income has been maintained in the range of more than Rp 12.6 billion or approximately 97% compared to the figures in 2011, “said Muljadi.

According to Indra Abidin, FORU Director, the key to FORU success is the formula of five basic pillars that include the aspects of financial, external, internal, human, and innovation.
