Managing director of Fortune Pramana Design (Fortune PR), Indira Abidin, highlighted this issue during Executive Secretary and Administrative Professionals Conference 2012. The conference which took the theme of Transforming New Ideas, Growing Your Career was held on 15-16 October 2012 at Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Executive Secretary and Administrative Professionals Conference 2012 is a conference dedicated for executive secretary, personal assistant, clerical, administrative professionals, human resources assistant, office manager, as well as other supporting staffs. Organized by Thomvell International which based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has over than twelve years of experience, the conference aims to improve the company’s productivity, performance, effectiveness, and job satisfaction, to develop skills, and synergizing the personal goals with company objectives.

Indira featured as the speaker on the topic ‘Workload Management: Maximize Results Everyday’. She argued that it is important for the employees to implement effective personal habits in order to achieve high performance without causing stress. We should distinguish between the important and urgent activities. “Always remember to control your time. Do not let time control you,” said Indira.
Indira also added that it is important to balance the work and personal life and family. Caring for yourself and your family through taking a rest, getting good nutrition, and doing exercise with family are highly recommended to achieve an optimal working results. “Happiness in the family is very important and it ensures the productivity in many other environments. Therefore, we need to maintain the balance of family life in order to achieve an optimal performance,” said Indira.
