Jakarta, August 23, 2017 – Leading tire manufacturer Hankook Tire Indonesia again showed its concern towards the surrounding communities through providing donation to the orphans on Friday (11/8). The donation program conducted at Al-Mubarokah Orphanage, Lebak Bulus South Jakarta, was participated by Hankook Tire employees and management.

“Through this program we would like to share our happiness with these children and the surrounding communities with the hope that these children can continue to study and pursue their dreams with enthusiasm because of our support. We realize that children are the best asset for the nation’s future,” said Byun Young Seol, Senior Vice President of APAM Sales Division Hankook Tire.

Hankook Tire Indonesia provided aid in the form of 30 packages consist of food, hygiene kits, stationery, and books that are handed directly to the board of Al-Mubarokah Orphanage. Besides, employees and management of Hankook Tire Indonesia also entertained, played, shared stories with orphans, and worked together in cleaning the orphanage environment.

“We want our employees to be directly involved in providing assistance and sharing togetherness with the orphans. Definitely, we want this togetherness can lead to create harmonization between the company and the surrounding communities,” added Byun Young Seol.
