Activator with the client PT Pertamina (Persero) launched its latest fuel product Pertamax Turbo at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium, on Friday, July 29, 2016. The product launch is marked with filling the race cars with PERTAMAX Turbo in the event Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Series.
Activator was trusted to supervise and prepare the launching event in collaboration with Lamborghini team as the partner. Alya Nadira, Senior Business Executive of Activator, said all preparations were done in just one month. “The event is very dynamic. So we must give a quick response to any changes in the preparation. Moreover, since the event was held in Europe, which is far from Indonesia, we surely have to prepare everything thoroughly despite the very short time,” she concluded.
In addition to launching Pertamax Turbo, the journey of Activator and Pertamina to Europe was also used to conduct meetings with partners such as Centro Petroli Roma (CPR) as Lamborghini’s partner in the distribution of Pertamax Turbo to circuits throughout Europe, and also to make a visit to the Lamborghini factory in Italy.
The time difference is pretty much a challenge for Activator to coordinate with the Lamborghini team in Italy. “While it was still afternoon there, it was already night here. So we often work overtime to prepare the event, hehe,” said Alya.
