Planning is fundamental to do when making a campaign program. In planning we set goals, strategies, until the flow of the execution of a campaign. Given the vital functions of planning, the division of Knowledge Management of Fortune Indonesia Group held a Strategic Planning Workshop on February 11, 2015. Edhy Bawono – Chief Operating Officer of Fortune Indonesia shared his experiences and knowledge in this three-hour workshop. Besides Strategic Planners, the Account Executive and the Creative team also participated in this workshop. The purpose is that each individual involved in a campaign program can understand the importance of planning and the flow of the process.
“A planner should fully understand about human characters, how we buy something, technology, and be insightful and innovative,” said Edhy Bawono. As a communications and marketing consultant, each campaign program generated must become an effective bridge to connect the brand with the customers.
