FORU Break Time Office to Office with Woman Radio 94.3 FM
Agus Salim room in FORU office turned stirring on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. That afternoon, not less than 40 Fortuners (employees) spent their break time to get together and have lunch together. Apparently, FORU had special guests. They were a team of Woman Radio 94,3 FM. Cooperating with FORU, the fun agenda was a part of their series of event entitled “Break Time Office to Office with Woman Radio”.
The warm atmosphere wrapped in enthusiasm was already seen at the introductory session. Once the MC team of Woman Radio cracked a joke, several Fortuners who attended immediately replied without hesitation. Inevitably, laughter soon filled the room. It made the event, hosted by Lia as Program Director of Woman Radio, become really fun and interactive!
A team from BNI Syariah also added to the excitement of the event ‘Office to Office’ that afternoon. After the introductory session, they presented an interesting presentation about the credit card facility owned by BNI Syariah, IB Hasanah Card. In the presentation, Fortuners were also educated and given a detailed explanation about the difference between the conventional and Syariah credit cards, as well as ways to calculate credit card monthly dues.
Dominated by women, Fortuners who followed the event seemed very excited. The presentation was closed by having lunch together, and a number of Fortuners who were interested to apply for credit cards were also welcomed to fill out a form provided by the committee. However, this was not the end of ‘Office to Office’ activity. After lunch, the event was continued with a lottery session for prospective customers. Those who had filled out the form and completed all filing requirements to achieve credit card got the opportunity to win door prize of one hundred thousand rupiah in cash!
Three names finally emerged as the lucky Fortuners who were entitled to bring home the cash. They were Mahalia Lokeswari Immawati (Activator Team of Fortune Indonesia), Adinda Avrilia (Account Manager of Digital Identity/DId), and Wendra Handaruadhi Sunuwerdhana (Marketing Communications Team of Fortune PR). Well, the excitement was even more rombustious when the three Fortuners were called to the front of the room to take the prize. It happened because before the prize was handed over, the three of them had to complete the challenge posed by the committee. The challenge was not difficult, but invited loud laughter!
Imma, Mahalia’s nickname, was challenged to sing a children’s song Balonku Ada Lima. However, all the vowels in the song had to be replaced with the letter “o”. Imma’s funny singing and the jokes of some Fortuners directly brought about the laughter of the whole room.
“I wish the office often hold an event like that. Rarely did Fortuners gather together as crowded as this lunchtime. In addition to useful information, we also get closer to one another, “said Imma after the event.
Woman Radio team was equally excited. “Absolutely fun! This is the first time we visit FORU and its employees are so lively! This very festive welcome makes me feel like in my own home”, said Lia, Woman Radio Program Director. Lia added that the aura and spirit of the people who work at the agency were very unique. Energetic and creative! “We are really grateful for FORU has given us the opportunity to come here in our regular program. Hopefully in the future there will be more cooperation that can be established between us and FORU, “she said.
Heri as the Marketing Communication Events of Woman Radio added, the Office to Office program has already run for more than two years.
