I have joined this company for more than 10 years.<\/p>\n

When you first joined FI, what did you do?<\/b><\/p>\n

At first, I was a programmer, but now I am still working in the same division that is the enterprise information systems.<\/p>\n

You have served more than 10 years in FI, what encourages you to keep working here?<\/b><\/p>\n

I join Fortune because I want to have a job that matches my educational background that is web developer from Bina Nusantara (BINUS). Back then, I dreamed about making a variety of computer program applications for a company. Once I joined this company, I felt that it is comfortable to work here since the job matches my skills. That’s the reason why I work here for a long time.<\/p>\n

Besides working, what do you like doing outside working hours?<\/b><\/p>\n

I choose to do sports, especially cardio exercises. I choose to do that because it burns more fat and you have to move all body parts. One of my favorite exercises is Body Combat which involves a lot of movement such as kicking, punching, and combination of both. Body combat is combining karate, taekwondo, and other martial arts. I always feel refreshed after doing the workout.<\/p>\n

What motivates you to actively do sport?<\/b><\/p>\n

Exercising has successfully kept me away from sickness, especially the flu. Before that, I got sick so easily such as cold, body aches, and flu in a long period of time. Now, I thank God because I rarely have the flu. My body feels much lighter and fresher.<\/p>\n

Besides sports, do you also pay attention to the calorie intake?<\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, I pay attention to my daily foods and beverages like how many calories are in and out through exercises.<\/p>\n

What kind of intake do you provide to stay fit?<\/b><\/p>\n

I regularly drink a glass of juice every morning or evening. I also reduce the intake of rice, and I bring my own food from home like vegetables, side dishes such as grilled chicken or eggs or fish. I bring just small portion of the food. Then to compensate my lifestyle, I usually work out after drinking coffee.<\/p>\n

When did you decide to live a healthy lifestyle?<\/b><\/p>\n

I forgot the exact time; It started about 10 years ago.<\/p>\n

<\/b>Besides having a healthy lifestyle, you also often spend time with your kids. How do you spend time with your children?<\/b><\/p>\n

I have two children; the first one is my daughter. I love to go to concerts with my first child. We also like to hang out and take a stroll together. Both of us like thriller films such as Hannibal, Bates Motel, Law & Order, and Criminal Mind. We also like the same kind of music like Linkin Park. Unfortunately, my daughter is studying abroad, so now I rarely hang out with her. My second child is my son who is still studying in senior high school.<\/p>\n

What makes you love watching thriller movies?<\/b><\/p>\n

Basically, I’m not really into drama. I think thriller movies have good plots, the endings are sometimes unpredictable. My favorite movie is Perfume: The Story of a Murderer.<\/p>\n

For appearance, what kind of shoes do you like?<\/b><\/p>\n

I love boots. Although they are quite costly, they can be used for years and always feel comfortable to wear. My favorite ones are Doc Marten boots.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
