Over half a billion professionals in 200 countries are engaging with one another, connected with +10 million active jobs, and have access to 9+ million companies across the continent on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA global professional community of this size has never existed until now. It\u2019s exciting to cross such a meaningful milestone that is taking us closer to LinkedIn\u2019s vision of creating economic opportunities for every member of the global workforce by developing the world\u2019s first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/economic-graph\">Economic Graph<\/a>,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/olivierxlegrand\/\">Olivier Legrand<\/a>, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, LinkedIn highlighted, \u201cIn Asia Pacific, our members are embracing the power of professional network in a big way \u2013 no matter whether they are from developing markets like India or Indonesia or developed markets such as Australia or Singapore. This has never been more relevant in this part of the world. We are eager to see more members connect to career, business and partnership opportunities on LinkedIn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In Asia Pacific, the membership base has reached more than 118 million, growing almost six fold since the company set up its the APAC headquarters in Singapore six years ago. <strong>India<\/strong> remains as LinkedIn\u2019s largest market in Asia Pacific, and second globally with more than 42 million members.
